Refund policy

RETURNS:

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. As our products are handcrafted with care, we are only able to accept returns if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. This means that if your order arrives in perfect condition and matches your purchase, it is not eligible for return.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS:

If any items arrive defective, damaged, or do not match your order, we will provide a full refund or a replacement.

Our policy allows for refunds or replacements to be requested within 15 days of receiving your item. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.

Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping is free when the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Customers are not responsible for return costs in these cases.
