REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your purchase and are proud of the quality products we produce.

We recognize sometimes things don't always go to plan. If you don't love your products, we want to know about it.

We’re here to help.

If any items sent do not conform to your order, or should the items be defective, they will be fully refunded including any shipping costs you paid, or replaced and the return costs will be paid by The Pure Light Company.

Our refund or replacement service is valid for 15 calendar days after your goods are received. The 15 day date stamp starts when the delivery provider confirms goods delivered through their tracking services.
